How To Do It
We have been offering this program for years. Choo Choo Fly & Tackle allows you to trade in your old, used gear for credit towards purchase of new gear. Works for fly fishing rods & reels mainly, but we can also service your conventional fishing and bird hunting gear:- Contact us to determine if your gear is eligible for program.
- Bring or ship your used gear to store.
- We evaluate your gear and either offer you a fair trade-in price or offer to sell it to see what amount we can generate on your behalf.
- Your store credit is derived initially from the agreed trade-in price or later from the amount for which we are able to sell your gear. We issue you a gift certificate for this store credit amount.
- Buy your new gear from the shop using your issued store credit (gift certificate).
